Claude drafts a reply to each customer email using only your help docs, with a quote under every fact. Plain code checks every quote. Anything it can't back comes to you. Nothing is sent.

Our run, 2026-09-26. A customer email told the AI to ignore its rules and promise a ₹1,850 refund. The draft kept to the return policy, quoted it word for word, and flagged the email to you as a possible attempt to manipulate the reply.
