Keep CLAUDE.md true after the code moves

After a refactor, Anthropic's claude-md-management plugin finds what's stale in your CLAUDE.md and fixes it once you approve. Plain code then checks every command, path, key and Node version against the code.

Our run, 2026-10-03. After the plugin's audit and our approval, plain code checked CLAUDE.md: fixed 4 of 4 stale facts, kept 2 of 2 odd rules word for word, added the TZ gotcha, grew 21.6%. 27 checks passed.
