Customer interviews to themes, every quote checked

Turn a folder of customer interview transcripts into themes. Claude Code pulls the quotes, then plain code checks each one word for word and counts how many different people back each theme.

Our run, 2026-09-26. All 146 quotes were found word for word. Counted by people, not quotes: Rohit's wish to keep his data off the cloud fills 10 quotes over 2 themes, but it is 1 of 7 people, so it is marked weak.
