OpenAI releases Images 2.6 with GIFs, SVG export and two API models

• On 4 November OpenAI released Images 2.6 in ChatGPT, Codex and the API, with GIF output and generation it says is 50% faster than before.
• The API offers two models, GPT-Image-2.6 Flare and GPT-Image-2.6 Sunburst, at the same per-token prices, plus image markup, SVG export and a new complexity parameter.
