NVIDIA releases Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe, one open model for 40 languages

• On 28 October NVIDIA released Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe, an open-weight model that transcribes 40 languages, translates 31 of them to or from English and attributes speakers in 13.
• You steer it with a text prompt, and it handles recordings up to an hour long with up to eight speakers.
• It doesn't work on live audio, and NVIDIA tells you to spot-check names, speaker changes and answers against the recording.
